Your initial consultation with your technician will make the process Crystal Clear so you are comfortable, and confident the investment you make on your heating system investment truly is in the right hands.

 

preconstruction design

The initial design process can be daunting, from the vast choice of products available, to the location of radiators, to the aesthetics you wish to achieve in your home.  Professional advice based on our experience can be invaluable.   We are always happy to provide input on design, it’s a part of the service we enjoy, particularly when our clients see their finished designs and have achieved the look and feel that they dreamt about.

 

design & construction quotation

Clients often comment on our detailed and comprehensive construction and installation quotation.  Considerable time and effort is taken to provide a quote as every job is different, every one bespoke and you need to be Crystal Clear about what exactly you get for your investment.  We use only superior market products and top quality hardware.

Remember that a cheaper quote will not necessarily mean you are getting the same products and service or indeed, exactly what you might expect. Remember,  you invariably get what you pay for!

on-site consultation 

Crystal clear will always attend site consultations wherever necessary to ensure the job gets done properly. We will tackle the difficult jobs, so whether you are retrofitting in an existing house, renovating or doing a new build, we are yet to be beaten !! There’s always a solution to any problem found on-site.

 

finishing & follow up

Much pride comes from our commitment to making sure you are satisfied with your job every time.  When we are in your home we commit to keep the work site clean and organised, we liken it to “open heart surgery” clients are blown away when they come home to feel their home warm and looking like we had never even been there !!  We clean the site, detail the home so any evidence of work is minimised, restore the furniture in its place and remove rubbish… every time. 

On most occasions it is necessary to return after a few weeks to tweak and tune the system and ensure you are happy with temperature levels, are shown exactly how to use your system efficiently and answer any questions that have arisen as you settle into your changed way of living in your home.

You are then part of our bi-annual VIP service program for the life of your hydronic heating system, you won’t need to remember to contact us and will enjoy priority status in the unlikely event of a system breakdown.
